Venice Islands attract people all over the world whose cultural habits and tastes differ substantially. We offer a clever way to enjoy your holidays in the Venician lagoon, renting our family house to those tourist who want feel the real , ancient and traditional atmosphere of the coloured fishers island of Burano! This detached house is centrally located in Burano Island at only 5 minutes walking from the Public Boat stop. The whole house was builded about 300 years ago and it has been recently renewed by the present owner. The house is now provided with moderne services and devices. With independent entrance, completely renovated, artisan fixtures and fittings , the house is located one of the most enchanting Burano courtyards, overlooking the lagoon. Consisting of a king size double bedroom, a bedroom with one single bed, living room with double sofa-bed , main bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and coffee machine . It can accommodate up to 5 people. Equipped with bed linen and bath and complimentary toiletries. There is WI-FI connection, air conditioning and LED TV and washing machine. It is furnished with taste and simplicity, to offer guests a happy but, at the same time, comfortable place to stay. At walking distance : bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, and many typical “trattorias” .

The house

The standard rate is Eur 130,00 per night and the weekly rate is Eur 865,00. Minimum stay : 2 nights for Eur 260,00. For 4 weeks, please, consider the price of Eur 3400,00. For longer period, please feel free to contact me in order to obtain the best offer.

Rates

The City Tax shall be paid on-site and the daily fee is € 3.00 for adults and € 1.50 for youngs between 10 and 16 years old ( not due after the 5th day). If required with enough notice in advance, we may buy food for your home dinner , as the shops and restaurants are closed in the evenings. For check-in after 19.00 you ask for a supplement of € 20. The breakage deposit of Eur 250,00 shall be asked in advance and it will be returned by bank transfer after the check out. The house fees will be charged for all bookings, regardless of stay duration or party size. Cleaning: the kitchen, pots and pans must be kept clean, final cleaning € 40. No pets allowed. I require my guests' payments to be made in two instalments : • 50% due at the moment of the booking and the rest togheter with the breakage deposit due 30 days prior the Check-in. For bookings cancelled up to 90 days before the start of the stay, traveler receives a 100% refund. You are not charged any booking fees. For bookings cancelled up to 60 days before the start of the stay, traveler receives a 50% refund. After that time line, no refund shall be offered.
